Your custom board will be engraved using the design, text and layout you submit through our Design Your Own tool. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, punctuation, sizing and placement before completing your order.

Pretty Cruel is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, design errors or layout choices submitted and approved by the customer.

Once your order has entered production, custom designs cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or replaced due to customer design errors.

Please also keep in mind that timber is a natural product. Grain, knots, colour and engraving results will vary from board to board. These natural variations are not considered faults.
