Processing Times
All Pretty Cruel products are designed, laser cut, engraved, assembled and packed by us in Queensland, Australia.
As many of our products are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary depending on current order volumes and product type.
Typical processing times are:
- Ready-made products: 1–5 business days
- Custom and personalised orders: 3–10 business days (pending materials stock and additional ordering requirements)
- Large custom signage projects: Timeframes provided during quoting
If your order is urgent, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other courier services where appropriate.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size and weight.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where available.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Queensland: 2–7 business days
- Interstate Metro Areas: 3–10 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas: 5–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, weather events or courier delays.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal or courier service.
Pretty Cruel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Australia Post or courier services
- Severe weather events
- Natural disasters
- Industrial action or strikes
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist with lodging enquiries and investigations with the shipping carrier.
Lost parcel claims are subject to the carrier's investigation process and timeframes.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification once their order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
